These are our hygiene measures (enhanced):

• Regular hand washing after customer contact
• All glasses are manually disinfected after being tried on. A further germ- and virus-killing treatment with ultraviolet light ensures the required hygiene.
• All customers and employees are asked about any symptoms of illness
• All employees wear a respiratory mask
• Measuring devices are disinfected before and after use
• Glass partitions at consultation tables and in the checkout area
• Shop fittings (tables, chairs, and mirrors) that have come into contact with people are also treated with cleaning and disinfecting agents after the consultation.
• The maximum number of people is one person per 10 square meters
• In our CENTERS FOR GOOD VISION in Schweich, Saarburg, and Wasserbillig, VIROMED technology is used for professional indoor air and surface hygiene.
• UV eyewear cleaner: For your safety and ours, we use a sterilization device to disinfect all worn or touched eyeglass frames. This device works with a germicidal lamp (UVC light 253.7 nm) and achieves 99.9% disinfection.
