Your responsibilities:
- Personal advice for customers on glasses and contact lenses
- Carrying out fittings (e.g. determining prescription strength, pupillometry,
centring spectacle lenses) - Dispensing, fitting and delivery of glasses
- Cooperation with optometrists, doctors and the team to
optimise patient care - Organising workflows, scheduling appointments and managing stock levels

Your profile:
- Completed training as an optician, ideally with a master craftsman’s certificate
or journeyman qualification - Several years of professional experience in fitting glasses is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of current frames, lenses and coatings
- Strong customer focus, empathy and a confident manner
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and an independent way of working
- Good German skills, spoken and written; additional language skills
