The topographical measurement of the cornea is performed using a computer keratograph with over 20,000 measuring points. This data set serves as the basis for the exact determination of the radius, diameter, and flattening of your contact lenses. <\/p>\n

The anterior, visible section of the eye is examined with a microscope to determine its current condition. During this examination, the quality and quantity of your tear film are assessed, and any abnormalities that might preclude the wearing of contact lenses are identified. Optionally, the tear film can be further analyzed using computer technology (keratograph). <\/p>\n

Finally, we will schedule an appointment for a follow-up check after about 14 days, during which both the fit and strength of the contact lens, as well as the health of the eyes in relation to the contact lenses, will be examined. <\/p>\n
